A Piece on questions

First thing this morning, over a cup of tea, I opened my new Coastal Living magazine.  The first page is:
"MAKE YOUR HOUSE A HAPPY ONE".  this is just what we talked about yesterday.  This is an advertisement for: www.wayfair.com/coastalmag.  If I have a chance, I may check it out today.

By the way, we put 2 coats on the little Imp of glow in the dark paint, and it may need more, as it is not glowing yet.

I was told today that my blogs are too long.  They should be short and sweet. Sort of in and out.

Today I was posed a problem by a student.  Their daughter had a corner sink in the kitchen that looked at two plain walls.  The walls were each 36''w x 42" high.  You could do a scene of water or something calming and put it in  window frame format, and use mirrors to frame it.  I realized tonight, that they make mirrors that look like windows.  I will e-mail him the info.  Google what you are looking for and there it is.  What did we ever do without the internet?  What will the future hold for the children of today?

It has been a long day, and all I really thought about in the design field was what to put on a bare wall. Another question by a student, was she changed her bedroom to blue and wanted to paint pictures to go in her bedroom.  I stated, you don't match a painting to a room, you hang a painting because you love it.  You mat and frame it to suit a room.  I always use white mats and  pewter/silver frame as it is reflective and goes with everything.

Do you have a wall that needs help?  Ask me?  It doesn't cost anything.  Another blogger told me to ask questions and you start an interaction.  If you read this blog, at least tell me "Hi", so I can keep you well informed.

Have you started a project yet?  If not, are you planning one?  Do you have a favorite color you need to introduce or to add another color to, just ask.

Til tomorrow, Is Your House A Happy One"?
